The following is RingTune Mania's Simple Refund Policy. Please read this page carefully.
1. A full refund is to be issued when:
- There is a real problem which cannot be solved by the user or RingTune Mania support team. A proof of purchase (either through screenshot or email) is to be presented for a full refund. The issue will be tested on a similar device to prove the validity of the problem and fight fraudulent appeals. The issue must be pointed out within 7 days of purchase.
- The customer accidentally pays more than what is required. A proof of purchase (either through screenshot or email) is to be presented for a full refund. This shall be confirmed by the RingTune Mania support team.
- A customer doesn't receive support within 14 days of issue appeal from the RingTune Mania support team.
2. By Ringtune Mania's judgement, a partial refund may be issued when:
- In regards to the 1st point of the full refund policy - a partial refund may be given when a problem is pointed out after 7 days of purchase.
- A customer is strongly dissatisfied with their ringtone for distinct reasons.
